1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from the ForeverEarth SMP Web Store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

2. Products & Services

• The Store sells virtual items such as in‑game ranks, coins, and other perks for use exclusively on the ForeverEarth SMP Minecraft server.
• These items have no real‑world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or physical goods.
• All features, perks, and commands associated with a rank or item are subject to change for balancing, technical, or gameplay reasons.

3. Payment & Delivery

• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (via CraftingStore).
• Purchases are typically delivered instantly, but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.
• If you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours, please contact us via Discord.

4. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital goods once they are delivered.
• Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate purchases or technical errors, at our sole discretion.

5. Player Conduct

• Purchasing a rank or coins does not exempt you from server rules.
• If you are banned, muted, or otherwise restricted for breaking rules, you will not receive a refund.
• You are responsible for keeping your Minecraft account secure.

6. Changes to the Server or Store

• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove server features, ranks, or perks at any time.
• We may update these Terms of Service without prior notice. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Liability

• ForeverEarth MC and its staff are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues caused by server downtime, Minecraft updates, or third‑party modifications.
• We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
